  Ankush Gupta is customer oriented, polite and mindful of customer requirements. He sent his colleague Bikash, who is perfect, as he patiently answers all the queries raised by your senior citizen parent.
They provided us with a hearing aid on trial, when my mother did not like the initial machine provided, an alternative was suggested, and replacement provided, even after my mother could not make up her mind, both were patient and understanding, without any follow up.                                                        Thanks to their knowledge, understanding and patience, we ended up buying the second alternative suggested as per my mom's requirements (after trying another machine for another source) and not to mention the best price provided.
